Rated 4 out of 5 by from I am not sure how anyone can say it isnt spicy. I am not sure how anyone can say it isnt spicy. I used a jar of spaghetti sauce which wasnt 26oz only 23 and used 1tsp Crushed Red Pepper not flakes since it didnt call for flakes. I am not sure if the 3 oz of sauce could make up for how hot it was but the flavor was not bad. I will make again but I will adjust the red pepper. I would like to find a way to make the chicken have a bit more flavor. I cooked it with salt and pepper but still it found my chicken to be bland even in the spicy sauce mix. We shall see. Over all a good recipe. It is a nice change from the regular chicken.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was deeeelicious! This recipe was deeeelicious! My VERY picky boyfriend LOVED it, but only because I used between 1-1.5 Tbsp red pepper flakes and it gave it a little bit of a kick. He loves spicy food so he actually ended up adding more red pepper to his plate. This shouldn't be called spicy because 1 tsp does nothing for this recipe! Otherwise, DELICIOUS!!!!! Also, I used a 26oz jar of Parmesean Ricotta Spaghetti Sauce rather than canned tomato sauce because that's what I had in my pantry. It's definitely on my list of things to make again in the future :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe for the first time 3 days ago and it came out delicious. I made this recipe for the first time 3 days ago and it came out delicious. Although I did add a few things that weren't part of the recipe and it was excellent. As I was mixing the spices together, I added a little of Mazola brand chicken flavored powder which has some other spices in it, and also a little of Knorr tomato and chicken flavor powder which can be used for soups and such. I would not rate this recipe a 5/5 but a 9 or 10 stars. Will definetly make it again soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved this recipe. I loved this recipe. I have never made an actual lasagna and instead of going through all that work I tried this instead. I boiled 3 chicken breasts in water and seasoning for 20 minutes (and until no longer pink)then shredded it up and mixed it with the other ingredients. It came out with so much flavor and the spicy level is perfect. Not too hot and not too mild. My Italian husband who is a fanatic for pasta absolutely loved it as well. This will now be a regular for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I placed raw chicken breasts with a can of diced tomatoes to cook in the crockpot that morning. I placed raw chicken breasts with a can of diced tomatoes to cook in the crockpot that morning. Then at dinnertime I shredded the chicken and prepared the recipe. I added 15 oz of ricotta cheese to my mixture as lasanga just isn't the same without it to me. So then I needed extra noodles. Prepared this way I had 12 rolls for one dinner and got about 6 more that I froze for another meal. Great flavor and my kids liked the look of the roll-ups.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I used ground turkey instead of chicken and added roasted garlic diced tomatoes to my spaghetti... I used ground turkey instead of chicken and added roasted garlic diced tomatoes to my spaghetti sauce. I actually used more sauce than was called for and think it may have needed more in the meat and on the top. It did turn out very good though, will make again. If you watch the video the recipe is a bit different (less meat) I would go with the written recipe and use spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce for more flavor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was so, so easy. This was so, so easy. i am normally quite wary of recipes that sound this easy but decided to go ahead anyways since I had everything in the pantry. I used chicken mince and also tossed in some spinach. the hardest part was getting the lasagne sheets to not tear for which I had to carefully monitor the boiling time. Otherwise this is a snap to put together. Thank you for another winner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I liked the concept of rolling up the noodles. I liked the concept of rolling up the noodles. I also like the chicken instead of the typical ground beef. I did not add the red pepper flakes as this sounded strange to me in lasagna. I use cottage cheese all the time in lasagna and I always put it in a colander to drain out some of the excess liquid. This was great to freeze for lunches.
