I just made this recipe for the first time, but I subsitituted ground beef for the meat, & onion powder for the onions since I didn't have either. I added crushed red pepper & cajun seasonings & topped it with mozz. cheese. My husband & I both loved it. He ate it with rice in the tortilla, and I tore up the tortilla & ate it all over the rice. YUM!! A+++
