  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet; stir in beans, tomato sauce and salsa. Add 3/4 cup cheese mixture; mix well.
  • Spoon into 6 (1-1/2-cup) ovenproof shallow baking dishes sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheese mixture.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until heated through.


Prepare as directed, substituting a 2-qt. casserole for the 6 small baking dishes and increasing the baking time to 15 to 17 min. or until heated through.

    We used less beef since we are not huge meat eaters. It was really really yummy! My whole family ate it up! Making it again tonight!

    Yummy. I used only one pound of beef. I topped mine with plain cheese not the remaining Fresh Take, because I thought it had just enough spices in it already and didn't want to ruin it. I served it with garlic bread.
