Having a mental block on what to make for lunch, I stumbled upon this recipe. Loved it! Increased the slaw/mayo mixture but other than that kept the recipe as stated. Gobbled up quickly, even by my picky 8 year old!

Very tasty! I couldn't find the Kraft Chipotle Mayonnaise in my grocery store so I used Fat Free Sour Cream and added some Chipotle Tasco Sauce to it and it was very yummy. I also used Oscar Meyer turkey instead of the roast beef but I think next time I will use real slices of turkey or chicken.

WOW! Quick, easy, and delicious. Being a Southerner, I am used to slaw dogs and slaw burgers. I found this combination even more exciting. Add some bacon for a bit more flavor. This is GOOD!
