Rated 5 out of 5 by from I live in Mexico and we had some native Mexicans over for dinner. I live in Mexico and we had some native Mexicans over for dinner. I fixed this thinking that they would be more comfortable eating Mexican food. They loved it! It is really spicy, so have a bottle of BBQ sauce on the table for those who don't like it as spicy. It helps tame the spice. I also made the Twice Baked Potato Makeover from Kraft Foods. It was a great match and they really enjoyed it.

I forgot to buy BBQ sauce so I made it without the sauce and it was really fresh and delicious. We added cheese and lettuce - really anything you put on a fajita would be great!
