  • Mix oil, seasoning and hot sauce; pour over fish in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and parsley in medium bowl. Mix mayo and sour cream until blended. Add to vegetable mixture; mix lightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Heat greased grill to medium-high heat. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Grill fish 3 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with mayo mixture.
