What You Need

 eggs
2
cups  milk
1
can  (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, undrained
3
cups  French bread cubes (1 inch)
1
pkg.  (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1
cup  chopped fresh mushrooms
1
cup  chopped red peppers
1/2
cup  OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
1/4
cup  chopped OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham
2
 green onions, sliced

Make It

BEAT first 3 ingredients in large bowl with whisk until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

POUR into 12x8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

HEAT oven to 325°F. Bake casserole 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
