Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this recipe twice. I made this recipe twice. The first time exactly as it said, subing the green onions for the peppers. I found it to be bland. So, I decided to try the recipe once more, but mixing in half a package of taco seasoning mix. LOVED it. Gave it the mexican taste I was looking for. I was afraid to use the whole package of taco seasoning tho...didn't want to over power it. If you don't like it the first time, try making it with taco seasoning!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a great dip to bring to our friends Taco night. This was a great dip to bring to our friends Taco night. Although it was very rich tasting, it got eaten fast! I changed the recipe a bit to match what ingredients I had on hand. I used a can of corn, drained, a can of mild rotel instead of tomato and jalapenos, also drained, and added some chunks of velveeta for a little bit more cheesy action :) We also served it with a tostitos. Thanks for the idea Kraft!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY EASY TO MAKE- LOVED IT and so did everyone at the reunion. VERY EASY TO MAKE- LOVED IT and so did everyone at the reunion. I made it with montery jack cheese and I added more jalapeno peppers- because some like it HOT!!! I was asked for the recipe over and over. Tastes great HOT from the oven or micowave, but just as good cold, as a left over. ( if you have any)--Barbie

Rated 5 out of 5 by from mmmm... mmmm... real cheesy. we added 3x jalepenos and double cheese. I think the tomatoes brought out flavor and i loved that POP! from those jalepenos. And if your family has leftover corn they won't eat, i highly recomend this easy, simple, and delicious side type dip. try it with a steak on the side.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a great dip to serve at parties and family dinners. This is a great dip to serve at parties and family dinners. I've made it several times and it's always been a big hit. Great when served with white or blue tortilla chips. Easy to double for large crowds and can be made the night before and then popped in the oven right when you need it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Instead of chopping the tomatoes and jalapenos I just used a can of Rotel. Instead of chopping the tomatoes and jalapenos I just used a can of Rotel. If you like spicy, I used half a can of mild and half a can of Hot- draining the liquid. If you use a whole can of the Hot Rotel, it's almost unedible it's so hot! But this is everyone's favorite dip at parties!
