I had never thought of using chili powder in my mac & cheese before! It was a surprising treat!!!
This was just meh. I tripled the amount of hot sauce, added a teaspoon of cayenne, added some shredded gloucester cheese and a dash of worcestershire sauce, along with small slices of sopressata. This definitely needs some more jazzing up.
