PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix meat, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of the steak sauce, the eggs and half each of the peppers and olives until well blended. Shape into loaf in foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan.
BAKE 1 hour and 10 min. or until cooked through (160°F). Let stand 10 min.
MEANWHILE, mix remaining peppers, remaining 1/4 cup steak sauce, remaining olives, the corn and onions until well blended. Serve spooned over meatloaf.
