  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix crushed corn flakes and cheese in shallow dish. Mix dressing and seasoning in separate shallow dish. Brush fish with dressing mixture; coat with corn flake mixture.
  • Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

This one is a winner! :) I substituted ranch dressing for the Miracle Whip and put it on a cookie drying rack on top of a cookie sheet to bake. Crispy and flavorful. We will definetly make it again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love the breading for this. I love the breading for this. It's so easy. I think I'll do it for all different kinds of white fish fillets from now on. Even my husband who "doesn't like fish" liked it. My fillets were rather big and took a bit longer than it says to cook, but other than that, this recipe is great.

You can very the spicyness according to taste and I found that the corn flake's crunchiness holds up and can be used in other ways./Chrispy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was great. This was great. I didn't have any creole seasoning. But used Old Bay and several shakes of Hot Sauce, and it was great. The dressing keeps the fish moist. Dont skimp on the cheese!! This is a keeper.
