Rated 5 out of 5 by from So yummy! So yummy!! My father is an avid fisherman, so we are always looking for new recipes to try with cat fish! This one is a winner! :) I substituted ranch dressing for the Miracle Whip and put it on a cookie drying rack on top of a cookie sheet to bake. Crispy and flavorful. We will definetly make it again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love the breading for this. I love the breading for this. It's so easy. I think I'll do it for all different kinds of white fish fillets from now on. Even my husband who "doesn't like fish" liked it. My fillets were rather big and took a bit longer than it says to cook, but other than that, this recipe is great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Most of us need to eat more fish in our diets. Most of us need to eat more fish in our diets. This recipe was quick and easy to make. Tasted good. You can very the spicyness according to taste and I found that the corn flake's crunchiness holds up and can be used in other ways./Chrispy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was great. This was great. I didn't have any creole seasoning. But used Old Bay and several shakes of Hot Sauce, and it was great. The dressing keeps the fish moist. Dont skimp on the cheese!! This is a keeper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I really liked this recipe. I really liked this recipe. I used ranch dressing instead of miracle whip as mentioned by another poster and the taste was great! I also added 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper as I like spice.
