  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Spray shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Combine cheese, parsley and crushed pepper in pie plate.
  • Add chicken, 1 thigh at a time, turning to evenly coat both sides of each thigh. Place in prepared baking dish.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until chicken is done (165°F), turning after 13 min.

Special Equipment Needed


Coat chicken with cheese mixture as directed; cut into 1-inch strips. Place chicken strips on skewers, then place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done. Serve as an appetizer with your favorite salsa. Makes 16 appetizer servings.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with steamed vegetables and a small mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
