    Pretty delish! I would add more jalapeno though, as there was no heat at all, even after a couple days of seasoning. This recipe makes a LOT, so I will half it in future preparations!

    makes a HUGE amount. Make sure you realize that this is a very firm spread, not a dip. Very flavorful, though
