I LOVED this recipe! However, I should have worn some protection on my hands when stemming and seeding the chiles. Otherwise this is one of my favorite recipes and I look forward to making it again soon!
Absolutely delicious, I have found a new fav. and it was so easy to make! I served it over rice and it tasted like I was at a fine chinese restaurant. Next time I think Ill add some broccoli to it also.I wish all meals were this easy to make!
