  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese, corn and peppers.
  • Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.


Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses, and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN'S Light Sour Cream.

Use Your Microwave

Mix ingredients as directed; spoon into 9-inch microwaveable pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 min. or until heated through, stirring every 3 min. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Microwave 2 to 3 min. or until shredded cheese is melted.


Substitute 4 sliced green onions for the jalapeño pepper.
