  • Cook chicken with seasoning in large nonstick skillet until done; drain. Return chicken to skillet. Stir in tomatoes and green chiles. Cook 5 to 7 min. on medium heat or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Cover large platter with lettuce; drizzle with half the dressing.
  • Top with chicken mixture, tomatoes, remaining dressing, cheese, onions and tortilla chips.

Make Ahead

Meat mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 24 hours. Reheat just before using to assemble salad.


Prepare salad on 4 individual salad plates instead of on the platter.

Serving Suggestion
