Hot pepper sauce adds heat to seasoned yogurt that’s spread over pita breads then topped with cucumber, lettuce and ham for easy folded sandwiches.

What You Need

1/4
cup  plain low-fat yogurt
1
tsp.  lemon juice
1/4
tsp.  garlic powder
3
drops  hot pepper sauce
1
tsp.  finely chopped fresh chives
4
 whole wheat or white pita breads
1
large  cucumber, cut into 24 slices
1
cup  finely shredded lettuce
24
slices  OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Honey Ham

Make It

MIX yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce and chives until well blended.

SPREAD each pita bread with 1 Tbsp. of the yogurt mixture; cover with 6 cucumber slices, 1/4 cup of the lettuce and 6 ham slices.

FOLD sandwiches in half to eat.

Substitute
Substitute zucchini for the cucumber.
Special Extra
For added flavor and moistness, double all of the ingredients in the yogurt sauce.
