Spider Web Brownie Pizza

Made this for work today and everyone loves it including myself. Very easy to make and doesn't cost a lot. Will be making this again!

What You Need

pkg. (20 oz.) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/2

cup sugar

1/2

tsp. vanilla

eggs

oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Spread cookie dough evenly into greased 12-inch pizza pan.

MIX cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour over cookie dough.

BAKE 20 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Drizzle with melted chocolate to make spider web design.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

How to Melt Chocolate

Place chocolate in small bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until almost melted. Stir until completely melted.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.

This recipe might work if you used a deep dish pizza pan. I used a regular pizza pan, and the Cheese Cream Topping mushroomed over the cookie crust and pan, causing a very big mess and making the desert unpresentable.

It tasted fine, but spread all over the pan and didn't really look good. I wouldn't want to serve it to company

This is a good dessert for any holiday. Just cook in a regular brownie pan and decorate with frosting and sprinkles for christmas. it was a good meal.

I took this to my husbands office for the holiday and everybody loved it so I will do it again this year. They are underappreciated people and they deserve to celebrate this holiday like the children do.

Highly recommended! Simple to make, and everyone raved about it at work (I brought it in for our Halloween party). Delicious!
