  • Spread 1 bread slice with cream cheese spread; cover with tomatoes, Colby Jack cheese and remaining bread slice.
  • Spray small skillet with cooking spray. Add sandwich; cook on medium heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.

Variation

Substitute a KRAFT Provolone Cheese Slice for the Colby Jack cheese and 2 Tbsp. roasted red pepper strips for the tomatoes.

    I used red pepper strips instead of the tomatoes. But I did make the recipe the way it was written. The red pepper strips gave the sandwich more zip.

    awesome! but a little too much cheese, i would choose only one cheese (cream cheese or kraft singles) next time.
