This mixed spinach-arugula salad for two is as sweet as it is savory, with fresh grilled peaches and a yummy raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

What You Need

slices  red onion (1/4 inch thick)
 fresh peaches, halved, pitted
cup  KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
cups  tightly packed baby spinach leaves
cups  tightly packed baby arugula
cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Tbsp.  PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted

Make It

HEAT greased grill to medium heat.

BRUSH onions and cut sides of peach halves with 1 Tbsp. dressing. Grill peaches 6 min., turning occasionally and adding onions to the grill after 2 min. Cool slightly. Slice peaches and separate onions into rings.

COMBINE spinach and arugula; place on platter. Top with peaches, onions, cheese and nuts.

DRIZZLE with remaining dressing.
