Very good tasting recipe! However I did add a bit of pepper, a dash of salt and a dash of nutmeg to enhance the flavor. Instead of the 2 cups of sharp cheese, I used 1/2 cup of sharp & 1/2 cup of mild. I didn't have any shells so I used macaroni. Milk was 2%. I also added the 1/2 cup of tomatoes as they suggested as an option and really enjoyed that. I must admit it was not a big hit with the kids, but my husband and I really enjoyed it! I will be doing it again for sure!
