Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good tasting recipe! Very good tasting recipe! However I did add a bit of pepper, a dash of salt and a dash of nutmeg to enhance the flavor. Instead of the 2 cups of sharp cheese, I used 1/2 cup of sharp & 1/2 cup of mild. I didn't have any shells so I used macaroni. Milk was 2%. I also added the 1/2 cup of tomatoes as they suggested as an option and really enjoyed that. I must admit it was not a big hit with the kids, but my husband and I really enjoyed it! I will be doing it again for sure!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even my 1 1/2 and 3 year old grandkids love it. Even my 1 1/2 and 3 year old grandkids love it. I do prefer the thicker sliced bacon over the thin sliced. It's easy to make and it's gone in a flash. If your lucky enough to have left overs, it's even better the 2nd and 3rd time around. I make it once a week.

For this one to get 5 stars, decrease the amount of uncooked pasta to 2.5 cups and mix all the cheese into the sauce. Also, as the recipe is written, it is too much volume for a 1.5 qt container.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yummy! Yummy! The bacon really makes the dish and I think made my son and husband forget there was spinach in it! I added some breadcrumbs before baking and used Velvetta cheese that I had on hand.
