Spinach Dip

Sour cream and spinach are combined with red pepper, green onions, garlic and hot pepper sauce for a creamy dip to serve with crackers.

What You Need

container  (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
cup  chopped red pepper
cup  chopped green onions
clove  garlic, minced
tsp.  hot pepper sauce

Make It

MIX all ingredients except crackers until well blended; cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.

SERVE as a dip with crackers.
