  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix eggs, cottage cheese, spinach, 2 cups mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  • Layer 1 cup pasta sauce, 3 lasagna noodles and half the cottage cheese mixture in 13x9-inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and cheeses.
  • Bake 45 min. or until heated through. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a crisp, mixed green salad, whole wheat roll and fresh fruit for dessert.

    This was delicious and easy! I made it as a side dish for Christmas. This is a keeper. It is a light tasty lasagna and great with no meat. I used fresh spinach sauteed with olive oil and garlic powder. I also used 12 noodles to make this. I prefer a thin layer of the cheese mix in between the noodles. It also gave the dish a little more height. A total hit even with kids. This will now be a regular at my house.

    I wanted a spinach lasagna recipe that I could make, freeze, and then bake. I tried this recipe with my fingers crossed.... And it was awesome! I will make this recipe again and again. It was that good!
