  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan until blended; spread onto noodles. Roll up tightly.
  • Place, seam sides down, in 9-inch square baking dish; top with sauce and remaining mozzarella.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through.


Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.

Special Extra

Stir chopped fresh basil and/or sliced mushrooms into sauce before using as directed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good week night dinner. good week night dinner. Overall we really liked this recipe. Do not expect it to taste like lasagna because the cream cheese does taste different. Its still very good and creamy. My husband's comment was that if you are going to do all this why not just make lasagna (we used fresh spinach). Its not that hard to make, and neither is this dinner. This is a great customizable dinner. If your looking to break up the mondane week night routine, try this recipe. It probably won't be a household staple dinner but its definately worth a try.

I cut the recipe in half except for the Spinach and stuffed the cheese mixture into uncooked manicotti shells.I preheated the oven at 400 degrees and drowned the stuffed shells in spaghetti sauce in a greased 9"x5" loaf pan covered with foil for about 45 minutes. I checked the shells for desired tenderness and reduced the oven to 375 degrees and topped with remaining cheese for 5 to 10 minutes uncovered until cheese is melted. P. S. Always season to taste. Enjoy!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy recipe! Easy recipe! I would have given it 5 stars but I think it would be better with ricotta cheese instead of the cream cheese. Next time I make it I will used ricotta instead. I also added some Italian seasoning and garlic powder to give it more flavor, otherwise I think it would be a little bland. I also used Kraft Mozzarella with a hit of Philadelphia. So good and cheesy! Overall, great recipe, just needs a few fixes.

Per previous reviewers, I sauteed 1/8c chopped onion, 1 large clove of garlic, adn 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning in olive oil and added it to the cheese mixture. I used my own meat sauce recipe that is heavy on basil and Italian parsley. If I want to lighten it up, I will use a tomato basil marinara sauce.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We really like this recipe. We really like this recipe. There was a little too much of a spinach taste and not enough cream cheese taste. Next time I will add a little bit less spinach and more cream cheese. I topped it with Marinara sauce instead of spaghetti sauce and it was amazing. One of my favorite recipes I will put in my books.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome, easy lasagna! Awesome, easy lasagna! I made it for my picky husband who is not a big "carb" fan (and typically hates vegetarian meals) and he loved it. I did add a little more cream cheese than the recipe called for - using 1/3 less fat cream cheese. It turned out great and the leftovers were just as good the next day.

It was easy and delicious. I thought the filling could use a little pinch of salt, so as others have suggested I might add a little salt, garlic powder, etc. next time.

My husband said it tasted like something you would get from a restaurant. I love that it can be ********* then put it in the fridge until ready to bake. So convenient!
