Rated 4 out of 5 by from good week night dinner. good week night dinner. Overall we really liked this recipe. Do not expect it to taste like lasagna because the cream cheese does taste different. Its still very good and creamy. My husband's comment was that if you are going to do all this why not just make lasagna (we used fresh spinach). Its not that hard to make, and neither is this dinner. This is a great customizable dinner. If your looking to break up the mondane week night routine, try this recipe. It probably won't be a household staple dinner but its definately worth a try.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is versatile and tasty. This recipe is versatile and tasty. I cut the recipe in half except for the Spinach and stuffed the cheese mixture into uncooked manicotti shells.I preheated the oven at 400 degrees and drowned the stuffed shells in spaghetti sauce in a greased 9"x5" loaf pan covered with foil for about 45 minutes. I checked the shells for desired tenderness and reduced the oven to 375 degrees and topped with remaining cheese for 5 to 10 minutes uncovered until cheese is melted. P. S. Always season to taste. Enjoy!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy recipe! Easy recipe! I would have given it 5 stars but I think it would be better with ricotta cheese instead of the cream cheese. Next time I make it I will used ricotta instead. I also added some Italian seasoning and garlic powder to give it more flavor, otherwise I think it would be a little bland. I also used Kraft Mozzarella with a hit of Philadelphia. So good and cheesy! Overall, great recipe, just needs a few fixes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a great vegetarian recipe! This was a great vegetarian recipe! My family and I loved it. I added mushrooms and black olives to the sauce to add some extra veggies. Very easy to make. Will have to double up on how many I make next time; this was a hit!

A few of my friends are vegetarian and when we have a hang outs, I make sure I make a dish for them that has no meat or chicken. The last hang out that we had, I decided to make the spinach lasagna rolls for my vegetarian friends and they loved it! It was so good that even my friends that weren't vegetarian ate some of it too. This recipe was AWESOME!!! =)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was so easy and delicious! This recipe was so easy and delicious! I only used about 7 ounces of spinach and about 6 ounces of cream cheese. So a little less spinach and a little more cream cheese than the recipe called for. I didnt have any grated parmesan so I just used the sprinkle parmesan and it worked just fine. I will definitely make this one again!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I really enjoyed this recipe. I really enjoyed this recipe. I made it with a girl-friend of mine for a girls dinner/wine night. We followed the reciepe nearly exactly, with the additon of more cheese then it called for. She really like it, I thought it was a bit too "spinachy" (just a preference)but we both agreed we would make it again. Super easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful! Wonderful! Per previous reviewers, I sauteed 1/8c chopped onion, 1 large clove of garlic, adn 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning in olive oil and added it to the cheese mixture. I used my own meat sauce recipe that is heavy on basil and Italian parsley. If I want to lighten it up, I will use a tomato basil marinara sauce.
