Wonderful! Per previous reviewers, I sauteed 1/8c chopped onion, 1 large clove of garlic, adn 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning in olive oil and added it to the cheese mixture. I used my own meat sauce recipe that is heavy on basil and Italian parsley. If I want to lighten it up, I will use a tomato basil marinara sauce.
