Spinach Lasagna Rolls Recipe

What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, divided

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

lasagna noodles, cooked

cups spaghetti sauce

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan until well blended; spread onto noodles. Roll up tightly.

PLACE, seam-sides down, in 9-inch square baking dish; top with sauce and remaining mozzarella.

BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.

Easy to make and delicious! I substituted ricotta cheese for cream cheese (family preference)and sauteed onion, garlic, half teaspoon Italian seasoning in one tbsp. of olive oil and added it to the mixture. Will make this one again and again!

This recipe is versatile and tasty. I cut the recipe in half except for the Spinach and stuffed the cheese mixture into uncooked manicotti shells.I preheated the oven at 400 degrees and drowned the stuffed shells in spaghetti sauce in a greased 9"x5" loaf pan covered with foil for about 45 minutes. I checked the shells for desired tenderness and reduced the oven to 375 degrees and topped with remaining cheese for 5 to 10 minutes uncovered until cheese is melted. P. S. Always season to taste. Enjoy!!!

Finally, a recipe that lived up to its reviews. Easy, econmical, very tasty. This would be a great dish for company or a potluck. I followed the suggestion to add fresh basil to the sauce. Very good.

This recipe was great. My lasagna recipe always leaves me with 6 or 7 extra noodles in the box so this was absolutely perfect! It was easy and delicious. I thought the filling could use a little pinch of salt, so as others have suggested I might add a little salt, garlic powder, etc. next time.

So good. Highly recommend doubling and freezing half. I added onion, garlic and sweet sausage to the sauce. Absolutely fantastic and budget friendly. You can also use reduced fat cream cheese. Made this for my scrapbooking friends and they thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fantastic recipe! Especially good for two people when you don't want to make a whole lasagna. I did add onion salt and garlic powder to the filling. Next time I will try it with real garlic and onions and mushrooms too!
