pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

cup prepared
GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix for Fat Free Dressing
Make It
COMBINE
first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
ADD
dressing just before serving; toss to coat.

Substitute
Prepare using 2 drained cans (11 oz. each) mandarin oranges.
Special Extra
Add 1/4 cup toasted PLANTERS Slivered Almonds.

Something about the Italian Dressing was too much. The mandrian oranges didn't keep their shape.

I brought this recipe for Christmas dinner at the in-laws. Everyone loved it! I used the mandarin oranges and added the almonds. I left the dressing on the side. I personally like it best with Red French. Very good! Used a little extra cheese too.. Gotta love the cheese.

I would add raspberry vinigrette instead of the balsamic next time. Otherwise very good!

I took this to Thanksgiving dinner a few years ago thinking that very few people would eat it. It is a 'must have' now. The whole family loves it!
