Great recipe, will make it again. I did only use half the spinach. I always read the reviews before I try a recipe and I appreciate all the notes from everyone else.
Not a very good recipe. I used about 3 eggs instead of 2. It think sharp cheddar is too strong tasting, my daughter didn't like it. I will continue searching for a quiche recipe.
