I have fresh spinach growing in our garden so I looked on your website to find recipes that I could use our fresh spinach in. The recipe did not call for fresh spinach but I used a 10oz cup for measuring the amount I used in the dip. It turned out great and was a hit at our family cook out over the 4th! The next time I make it, I am also going to try adding some fresh avacado!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This did not do well for me. This did not do well for me. Flavor was not there and I had to add garlic and a dried vegetable soup packet and mayonnaise before I had consistency and taste. After the additions, it had flavor and zing. You may want to try these as well if you find the same thing to be true when you make it.

I made this for my daughters graduation party and it was a big hit, disappeared quickly. I did make a couple of additions because it tasted a little bland so I added 1/2 a package of dry vegetable soup mix. Also added some sliced water chestnuts (which I minced) for additional crunch.

We took it to the family BBQyesterday, and brought home an empty dish last night. Coming home with an empty dish is a sure sign that it was a hit with our family!

I would make it again except for the fact that since it turned out too liquidy, I would use something like fat free cream cheese along with the sour cream so it would not be so runny. I also added a TB of horseradish to give it a little zip.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was hit with my family. This was hit with my family. Everyone loved it and it was very easy to make. I would NOT suggest to make this dip for outdoor outings, as I made this for the 4th and it was very hot outside, it did not hold up very long.
