Adjusted the recipe by using mixed greens that included spinach, clementines instead of whole orange, and I added fresh raspberries. I never used jicama before and really liked the texture it added to the salad. The KRAFT Raspberry Poppyseed Vinaigrette Dressing tied it all together -- DELICIOUS!
