I made this and he loved it. Now I make it more often for his lunches. It's simple and very delishious. Just make sure to cover the salad with the dressing because just eating plain spinach you make not like the taste. But dnot over do it or it won't be healthy.

I didn't use grapefruit, and I couldn't use almonds because of allergies, but it was still great. I didn't add the dressing but let people put their own on. We used balsamic vinaigrette and raspberry vinaigrette. They were both good!
