What You Need

1/4

cup balsamic vinegar

Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard

1/4

cup olive or oil

pkg. (10 oz.) fresh spinach leaves, cleaned, stems removed

qt. (4 cups) strawberries, sliced

1/3

cup sliced green onions

pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

Tbsp. poppy seed

Make It

BEAT vinegar and mustard in small bowl with wire whisk. Gradually add oil, beating with wire whisk until well blended.

TOSS spinach with strawberries, onions, cheese and poppy seed in large salad bowl. Add mustard dressing; mix lightly.

SERVE immediately.

Substitute

Substitute raspberry vinegar for the balsamic vinegar.

this recipes was excellent! I did not add the mustard as well. I added the olive oil at first with strawberry vinegrette. When I needed more dressing, I just used the strawberry vinegrette and I couldn't taste the difference. A very good summer salad.

I have made this recipe several times for different groups of people and every time I make it, it becomes a favorite for someone!. I've learned to not add the spinach until the last moment in order to keep it from getting very mushy though.

I love this salad, and so did all of my family and friends. I like to use Kraft Creamy Poppyseed Dressing and to add a drained can of mandarin oranges.
