My husband and I loved this recipe! It was super easy to make, but looked fancy enough to serve to company. I used two thick chicken breasts that I cut into four thinner pieces, then flattened with a meat tenderizer. I also cooked it about 15 min. longer just to be sure of doneness. I enjoyed it for dinner, and the leftovers that I reheated for lunch the next day were equally as delicious! I will definitely make this again.
My family enjoyed it
