At 16 servings, this fun recipe is great for a Halloween party or classroom celebration.
Decorate vanilla sandwich cookies with decorating icings or gels to resemble "tombstones." Stand tombstones on top of the prepared dessert. Surround with crushed cookies, candy corn and candy pumpkins. Drop whipped topping by spoonfuls onto dessert to create "ghosts." Decorate with candies for "eyes." You can also create "grass" by adding a few drops of green food coloring to a resealable plastic bag half filled with coconut. Close bag and shake until coconut is evenly tinted with food coloring.
Cookie dough can also be divided into 12 balls, rolled out onto greased baking sheets and baked to make 12 crusts. Continue as directed, dividing cream cheese mixture evenly among the cooled crusts.

This was easy enough to make and also fun to make! It made a great center piece at my Halloween bash.
The biggest hit at the Halloween party!!
I bet you could do this one for almost all holidays.
I think I'll do it up for Christmas.. just add Christmas candys, trees etc.. instead.
