Planning a baby or wedding shower? Serve a traditional favorite—diced chicken breasts tossed in a creamy mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream.
boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
seedless red or green grapes, halved or quartered
8-oz. carton dairy sour cream
Salt and ground black pepper
1. In a very large bowl stir together the chicken, celery, grapes, mayonnaise, sour cream, and salt, and pepper to taste until combined. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours. Makes 8 cups salad (12 to 16 servings).
