We only used this recipe as a guide. Potatoes were boiled and blended with skins and some of the potato water used. 1 large onion and 1 leek, greens included were boiled with the potatoes. Peas were a can of peas, drained. Did not use chicken soup (contains dead animal meat) or sour cream. Used 2 tablespoons miso, 1 teaspoon garlic-pepper salt, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 cup live culture yogurt. Comments were that it would be good over pasta or hot biscuits and not just a soup.
