This dish is very good. The only problem I had is using velveeta cheese makes it too sweet. I would do this again finding a recipe that uses a sharper cheese.
The only problem I had with this recipe was that some of the "baby" carrots I used didn't get cooked enough to suit my tastes. Next time I'll make sure to only use the smaller ones or just cut carrots to a uniform size. My husband liked this one, and he doesn't generally care for Velveeta.
Even my hun likes it- and he's picky. Have served it for guests, taken it to parties as well.Always goes over good.
