  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Unroll each package of dough into 2 rectangles. Press onto bottom and up sides of 15x10x1-inch pan, firmly pressing seams and perforations together to seal.
  • Bake 11 to 13 min. or until golden brown; cool.
  • Mix Neufchatel, dressing and seasonings until blended; spread onto crust. Top with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours.

Substitute

Substitute chopped cucumbers and/or chopped red peppers for one or more of the chopped vegetables.

I also change it up sometimes by adding crumbled bacon or sprinkle cheddar cheese on before topping with the veggies so you never get tired of eating it.

I omitted the radishes and yellow pepper and substituted red bell pepper and cucumber. I highly, highly suggest making this for your next party!

I think though I put to much cream cheese on it and will put less of it on next time but I will definately be making this again.
