I wasn't sure how it would taste so I didn't cook all I had bought and cooked the rest up after dinner. Very good. Oh yea, left out the almonds too.

I find that if you precook the asparagus in an asparagus cooker you can cook and then store the dish. I love your choice of menu items. They are quick and easy to prepare. They are seasonal and cost effective.

This dish was okay...the almonds didn't really do much for it and the dressing kinda took away from the taste of the asparagus. I guess I prefer just the plain old buttered asparagus.
