Everyone's favorite Caesar salad gets jazzed up with fresh produce.

What You Need

bag (10 oz.) torn romaine lettuce
2-1/2
cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breast strips
2
cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2
cups cut-up cooked asparagus (1-inch pieces)
1/2
cup KRAFT Light Golden Caesar Dressing
1
cup seasoned croutons
1/4
cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

TOSS lettuce with chicken, tomatoes and asparagus in large bowl.

ADD dressing just before serving; mix lightly.

SPRINKLE with croutons and Parmesan cheese.

Substitute
Prepare as directed, using 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Italian Style Chicken Breast Strips.
Substitute
Substitute 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen asparagus for the fresh asparagus. Just thaw, drain and cut into 1-inch pieces before adding to salad.
Take Along
Construct a salad in reverse. For a single serving, pour 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Dressing into resealable plastic food container. Add layers of chopped cooked meat (or drained canned beans) and cut-up fresh vegetables; top with torn lettuce. Cover and refrigerate; toss gently when ready to eat.
