Prepare as directed, using 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Italian Style Chicken Breast Strips.
Substitute 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen asparagus for the fresh asparagus. Just thaw, drain and cut into 1-inch pieces before adding to salad.
Construct a salad in reverse. For a single serving, pour 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Dressing into resealable plastic food container. Add layers of chopped cooked meat (or drained canned beans) and cut-up fresh vegetables; top with torn lettuce. Cover and refrigerate; toss gently when ready to eat.

I've made this several times and everyone loves it. It is also versatile. You can also add sliced avocados and or sliced red peppers to the salad for a different flavor.
I make this all the time for lunch. It is quick and easy and good :)
