  • Add spinach; cover. Cook an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until spinach is wilted, stirring after 3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with bacon bits.

    It was okay and just that. I think For the work plain spinach is better.

    I love this recipe. It's also great when you add sun dried tomatoes and/or feta cheese.
