MIX all ingredients except graham snacks until well blended.
SPOON evenly into 12 paper-lined medium muffin cups, adding about 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture to each cup. Top each with 5 graham snacks, arranged in spoke-like fashion. Cover.
FREEZE 4 hours or until firm. Remove desserts from freezer 15 min. before serving to soften slightly. Store leftover desserts in freezer.
