Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delish and Easy The hardest part was picking out the endives at the store since I never bought them before. They were more yellow then the pic but tasted similar to celery. I went a bit easy on the siracha since my friends don't all eat spicy and heavy on the green onions. Everyone loved them.
