What You Need

JET-PUFFED STACKERMALLOWS Marshmallows

Red and blue decorating icings

Star-shaped white sprinkles

doz. white cupcakes, cooled

tub (10.6 oz.) COOL WHIP Vanilla Whipped Frosting, thawed

Red and blue colored sugar

USE icing and white sprinkles to decorate marshmallows to resemble American flags.

SPREAD cupcakes with COOL WHIP Vanilla Whipped Frosting; top with colored sugar and marshmallows.
