COOK and stir shallots in 1 Tbsp. of the oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes or until tender.
INCREASE heat to high. Add remaining 1 Tbsp. oil to skillet. Add steak; cook 3 minutes on each side.
STIR in steak sauce, capers and garlic; simmer 2 minutes or until steak is cooked through. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
