What You Need

1/3

cup A.1. Roasted Garlic Steak Sauce

1/4

cup finely chopped onions

3/4

tsp. hot pepper sauce

boneless beef sirloin steak (1-1/2 lb.), 3/4 inch thick

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

MIX first 3 ingredients.

GRILL steak 8 min. or until medium doneness (160ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with steak sauce mixture.

CUT steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.

Substitute

Prepare using A.1. Original Steak Sauce.

I agree with another user's advice where it seemed to taste much better using the sauce mix as a marinade.

Very easy and a nice twist on just a regular steak. I did marinate it the night before.

This was absolutely delicious! Everyone in the family LOVED this. Next time I'll marinate the steak with this and I bet it's even better.

this was a great steak, it was juicy and delicious and im not a big steak eater but my fam loved it. I also changed the A-1 original sauce to the asian kobe/terriyaki flavored one. It turned out better than i expected. Served it w/ w/rice and steamed veggies.

This was one of the best steak recipies that i have tried in a long time...my whole family enjoyed the flavor and it was by far one of the juiciest steaks we have had in a while....we will definitely make this again

My husband and I liked this steak. I used the broiler instead of the grill and it took a lot longer to cook, but it was worth the wait. I served it with the cheesy scalloped potatoes and carrots and the classic creamed spinach casserole, both recipes on this web site.
