  • Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook steak in nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness. Remove steak from skillet; cover loosely with foil. Let stand 5 min.
  • Heat oven to 425ºF. Combine mangos, beans, onions, cilantro and dressing.
  • Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Spread TATER TOTS onto ovenproof platter; top with meat, cheese and peppers.
  • Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with mango mixture.

How to Cut Mangos

Cut each mango in half, just clearing the long flat seed. Score the flesh into squares of desired size, being careful to cut up to, but not through, the skin. Press the skin so the cut fruit pops outward, then cut the cubes from the skin to remove.
