Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was fantastic! This was fantastic! My husband who is picky said it was excellent! I did add chopped up onions and a green bell pepper to the meat when I cooked it. This had lots of flavor and was very tasty! I also pre cooked my rice and added it to the mixture after it was all cooked. Added just in time for the taco seasoning to soak into the rice some.

I like the idea of this recipe, but the flavor of the taco seasoning in combination with the salsa overpowered everything else. My husband's comment: "I can't taste the meat and cheese." Maybe I'll try it without the taco seasoning or with much less.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This had great flavor and was really good. This had great flavor and was really good. It was also really easy to make. My husband liked it, but I used medium salsa and that combined with the taco packet was just a little too spicy for my kids. Otherwise, this was a very good meal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I made this for dinner a few nights ago. I made this for dinner a few nights ago. It came out to be pretty good. I think there was too much rice and not enough meat, so next time I'd make that adjustment. Otherwise it was quick and very easy and very filling!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The only way I would make this recipe again would be with chicken. The only way I would make this recipe again would be with chicken. The juices from the steak gave the rice a weird taste. So if your gonna make this make sure you drain the meat before adding the other ingredients.
